The Foreman is responsible for leading field crews in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of roadway electrical infrastructure, including traffic signal systems, highway lighting, and related underground and overhead systems. This role provides direct, hands‑on supervision while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Foreman serves as the primary field leader responsible for daily execution, crew productivity, quality control, and coordination with project leadership across roadway and DOT construction projects of varying size and complexity.
