Qualifications

• BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience for Junior Level Engineers.
• BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience for Mid-Level Engineers.
• BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience for Senior Level Engineers.

Skills

Design/Build or Alternative Delivery project experience

Experience or interest in complex interstate highway design

Experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads

Experience in Roadway Design calculations

Experience using the 2018 AASHTO Green Book

Education

Summary

We are searching for all levels of Roadway Engineers and Designers to join our growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates can expect to work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects.

Key Roles

• Junior level, mid-level and senior level Roadway Engineers
• Roadway CAD Designers
• Roadway Modelers

Desired Skillsets

• Design/Build or Alternative Delivery project experience
• Experience or interest in complex interstate highway design
• Experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads
• Experience in Roadway Design calculations including Superelevation, Stopping Sight Distance (SSD), Decision Sight Distance (DSD), Acceleration and Deceleration lanes
• Experience using the 2018 AASHTO Green Book

Qualifications

• BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

Junior Level Engineers

• BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or equivalency

Mid‑Level Engineers

• BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or equivalency

Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads

• BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or equivalency

Preferred Qualifications

• EIT Certification or PE License
• State DOT experience
