Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, roadway, or construction maintenance management.
• Knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and lifecycle asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roadway, facilities, and ROW maintenance, leading teams and programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects; manage contracts, bids, and vendor selection.
• Coordinate with Toll Operations and IT on infrastructure impacts.
• Develop and manage OpEx/CapEx budgets with strong cost control.
• Oversee vendors and ensure compliance with agreements and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, regulators, and law enforcement.
• Lead emergency response, repairs, and post-incident reporting.
• Manage environmental planning, ESG reporting, and safety programs.
• Liaise with jurisdictions, developers, and utilities; review ROW impacts.
