Job summary

Ferrovial Construction-Webber 285 JV in Atlanta, GA, seeks an entry-level Roadway Engineer EIT to support roadway design and plan production on civil infrastructure projects. Under licensed engineers, you will assist with design tasks, plan development, quantity support, field observations, and project documentation while learning company standards.

This role requires a Civil Engineering degree and US work eligibility; EIT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering required.
• EIT certification preferred; ability to obtain certification.
• Experience via internship/co-op in roadway design preferred.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roadway design tasks and plan production under supervision.
• Develop roadway design plans and exhibits for highway projects.
• Support design reviews, quantity estimates, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams including drainage, structures, and utilities.
• Maintain organized project files and calculations.
