DRMP is seeking a Roadway Design Project Manager in Troutman, NC to lead transportation improvement projects from planning to construction support. You will independently apply and manage design activities across disciplines for public and private clients, including new locations, widenings, and interchanges.

Requires a BS in Civil Engineering, NC PE, and 5–10 years of roadway design experience. Proficiency in MicroStation/GEOPAK; OpenRoads a plus; strong communication and leadership skills are

Formación

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering required.
• North Carolina PE license required.
• 5–10 years of transportation roadway design experience.
• NCDOT roadway design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and GEOPAK; OpenRoads a plus.
• Knowledge of AASHTO and State DOT design standards.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional engineering design services for transportation improvements.
• Oversee design development and production of construction details, plans, specs, and estimates.
• Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, and staff to deliver quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Direct and mentor design support staff.
• Conduct engineering investigations and planning work with defined tasks.
• Perform routine calculations and evaluate alternative solutions.
