Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited program.
Registered Engineer In Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) in GA or ability to obtain within 1 year.
Two to five years of progressive transportation design experience in Georgia.
Responsibilities
Perform engineering design of roadway projects for state and local DOTs.
Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for deliverables.
Coordinate design with other disciplines and subconsultants.
Mentor and train younger engineers.
