DCCM’s Transportation Group in Fishers, IN is seeking a Project Engineer to lead design efforts for transportation projects, from small structure replacements to roundabouts and highway interchanges. The role entails guiding junior staff, producing calculations, plans and reports, and ensuring QA/QC across multiple submittals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years highway design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and a Civil Engineering degree with Indiana PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Indiana P.E. license is preferred.
• 5+ years of highway design experience is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred.
• Knowledge of INDOT standards is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the design portion of Transportation projects.
• Oversee junior-level staff in calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports.
• Provide guidance on design aspects including Geometry, 3D Modeling, Hydraulic Design, Maintenance of Traffic.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed for plans, revisions, and markups.
• Develop roadway plans to meet submittal dates for multiple projects.
• May be responsible for large portions of projects with supervision.
• Complete field assignments when appropriate.
• Other related duties as assigned.
