American Structurepoint's Road Group is offering a summer internship in Indianapolis, IN. As a Road Intern, you will assist with roadway design, cost estimates, and plans under close mentorship, gaining hands-on experience on INDOT and municipal projects.

You will use MicroStation OpenRoads Designer and related tools, participate in training and networking events, and explore a future in civil engineering through real project exposure and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a civil engineering-related degree with focus on civil engineering.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to roadway design, calculations, layouts, drainage analysis, plans, quantities and cost estimates.
• Gain hands-on 3D modeling experience using MicroStation/GEOPAK, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Work on diverse projects from roundabouts to interstate projects and drainage improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
