Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in roadway design.
• Experience with OpenRoads Designer preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing and standard industry software.
• Able to work in multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work under the responsible charge of a Professional Engineer as part of a team designing and preparing technical reports, analyses and construction documents.
• Prepare accurate presentations, designs, details and construction documents.
• Prepare permit applications and submittal packages to agencies with jurisdiction.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors and others.
• Develop and adhere to project scope, schedules and budgets.
