Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience, including experience on FDOT projects.
• Active participation in regional and/or national professional associations is preferred.
• Working towards Florida PE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and designing infrastructure projects for roadways.
• Perform various roles on multi-disciplined projects.
• Develop project scopes and budgets, interface with clients, and mentor junior staff.

Skills

Planning and/or Engineering experience

Proficiency with CAD (MicroStation, OpenRoads)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
