Responsibilities

• Assist with design and layout of roadway alignments (horizontal and vertical) for real-world transportation projects
• Involvement in geometry, drainage, signage, pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic
• Help develop construction plan sets and prepare design documentation
• Perform quantity calculations to support bid plan development and construction cost estimates
• Explore pavement analysis, design, and utility coordination for broader experience
• Support transportation engineering projects from concept to construction
• Other duties as assigned
