Qualifications

• EIT certification or ability to obtain.
• PE license preferred for senior roles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design roadway geometry, alignments, profiles, and cross sections for land development and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, and technical documents including plan/profile sheets and roadway details.
• Perform grading, drainage, and stormwater design in support of roadway and site development projects.
• Coordinate roadway design with utilities, drainage systems, and overall site layout.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and support project budgeting efforts.
• Assist with permitting, regulatory approvals, and agency coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including survey, planning, and landscape architecture.
• Support QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with applicable design standards and regulations.
• Participate in field visits, inspections, and construction support as needed.

Job description

We are a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm providing services in land development, transportation engineering, surveying, and site design. Our team works on a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments, with a strong focus on roadway design, drainage, and utility systems.

• Design and develop roadway geometry, alignments, profiles, and cross sections for land development and infrastructure projects
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, and technical documents including plan/profile sheets and roadway details
• Perform grading, drainage, and stormwater design in support of roadway and site development projects
• Coordinate roadway design with utilities, drainage systems, and overall site layout
