A growing civil engineering firm in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a skilled Roadway Design Engineer. Mainelli Wagner & Associates, Inc. is a growing multi-disciplined civil engineering firm in search of a Roadway Design Engineer based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Responsibilities

• Project and staff management as part of daily duties
• Customer relations; complete plan development and design on a variety of land development, roadway, and structural related projects
• Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to produce roadway design plans and contract documents
• Coordination with owners, engineers, and construction managers
• Design analysis and calculations to support a variety of roadway projects
• Mentor junior staff and manage projects
• Adhere to a strict quality control requirements

Qualifications

• Applicants have obtained a BS or MS degree in civil engineering preferred
• 3 or more years of experience in roadway design
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Nebraska, or ability to become licensed within 6 months
