Job summary

Quality Employment Service, Inc. seeks an experienced Street Crew Leader to oversee street construction and maintenance projects in Moultrie, GA.

This role reports to the Street Supervisor and leads daily crew operations while contributing to project completion. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, can operate a wide range of heavy equipment, holds a valid Class A CDL, and can perform strenuous outdoor labor under varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Experience operating a wide range of construction equipment.
• Ability to perform strenuous outdoor labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crew activities on street projects.
• Operate tractors, backhoes, bulldozers, excavators, and more.
• Assist with construction and maintenance of roads and drainage.
• Ensure safety and adherence to project standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors.
• Participate in hands-on labor when needed.
• Be available for after-hours on-call rotation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
