You will inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and drawings, report observations, and perform field testing as required by procedures. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, shop drawings and project documents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience inspecting roadway/construction projects and applying standard testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, drawings and specifications.
• Prepare accurate daily inspection and testing reports.
• Review plans and shop drawings for assigned activities before duties.
• Perform field tests on materials using standard methods (AASHTO/ASTM).
• Ensure safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain certifications and comply with company safety programs.
