Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience is required.
• A valid motor vehicle operator’s license is required.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs is expected.
• May require outside work hours and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Act as Inspector on roadway projects, performing inspection, sampling, and testing.
• Inspect asphalt, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and other roadway structures.
• Review traffic control devices for compliance and safety per guidelines.
• Assist with utility conflicts and survey-related tasks.
• Maintain project records and daily work reports.
