Artheon is seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our Transportation team in East Brunswick, NJ. You will inspect heavy highway, bridge, and road projects to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety regulations, and maintain daily logs of materials and progress.

The role requires 3+ years in heavy highway construction, NICET II or higher, ACI Field Grade I, and proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in heavy highway construction.
• NICET II or higher, ACI Field Grade I, NJSAT, Rutgers TCC.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and write clear reports.
• Familiarity with NJDOT or NJ Turnpike Authority standards.
• Reliable vehicle for travel to sites and meetings.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Quality Assurance: observe work in progress and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Document Control: prepare daily inspection reports and log materials.
• Safety & Compliance: monitor work zones for safety measures and regulations.
• Project Administration: assist Resident Engineers with submittals, pay items, and estimates.
