Job summary

Traffic Management LLC, based in Denver, is seeking a Flagger/Traffic Controller to join our Denver Branch. You will help manage road closures and ensure the safety of drivers and pedestrians in work zones, using cones and barricades.

This role offers on-the-job training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement along with benefits. Preferred candidates have a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and are comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for 2 years and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Available during business hours and able to work nights/weekends when on-call.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 6-12 hours per day.
• English proficiency for safety coordination.
• Must pass drug test (no THC).
• Work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation to/from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Safety is our business! As a Flagger/Traffic Controller you are responsible for various road closures and the safety of those passing by.
• Learn how to close off a road using cones/barricades and be responsible for two-way flagging using a stop & slow sign.
• Load trucks and deliver/pick up barricades, signs & Traffic Control equipment and complete reports.
