MD Auto Repair & Towing in Patchogue, NY, is seeking a full-time Tow Truck Operator / Roadside Assistance Driver to join our team. You'll respond to roadside calls, tow vehicles, and provide friendly, professional service to customers in urgent situations.

We offer paid training, a competitive weekly pay of $1,100–$1,700, and a team-focused environment that values reliability and safety. Shifts are scheduled in advance with 36–55 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Towing experience is preferred and will be fine-tuned for the right candidate.
• Experience in towing or automotive work is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls.
• Safely tow and transport disabled or damaged vehicles.
• Communicate ETAs and job updates to customers.
• Provide professional and calm customer service during roadside situations.
• Perform basic inspections and upkeep of your tow truck.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and road-ready vehicle.
• Act as a key on-the-road representative of the company.
