American Automobile Association (AAA) Mountain West Group is seeking a tow operator/roadside technician in Phoenix, AZ. You will deliver essential roadside services, operate tow trucks, and communicate clearly with members while ensuring safety and efficiency on every call.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work 11am–Midnight, including weekends.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Comfort with outdoor work at vehicle sites and varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide roadside assistance (tire changes, fuel delivery, lock-outs).
• Build trust and calmly assist members on scene.
• Communicate clearly under pressure and document interactions.
