The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $33.00/hr; base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The Roadside Technician is an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. When a customer experiences a tire failure, the Technician is dispatched to the location to repair or change the tire. During periods with no service calls, Technicians will help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform general duties as needed.

This position includes mandatory on-call rotation. Technicians are expected to respond to after-hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high rate of acceptance. All after-hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.
