Job summary

PALKO TRUCK & TRAILER SHOP INC is seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Greensburg, PA. You will respond to stranded motorists, provide emergency roadside help, and recover vehicles. You will document calls and may invoice clients in the field while accepting payments when needed.

The ideal candidate has tow truck experience, a valid state license, and strong communication skills to coordinate with customers on-site.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid tow truck operator license in the state.
• Clean driving record and safe driving skills.
• Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area.
• Assist clients with minor repairs or recover the vehicle to a designated location.
• Maintain tow truck and equipment for safety.
• Maintain records of calls responded to.
• Write and present invoices in the field and process payments as needed.
