Job summary

Mast Trucking / Central Service is seeking a skilled Road Service Technician for our Millersburg, OH location. You will diagnose, repair, and service semi-trucks and trailers in the field, communicating clearly with drivers and customers to ensure safe, efficient work.

You’ll work independently, decide whether repairs can be done on-site or require towing, and maintain accurate records while keeping the service truck and tools in good order.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on semi-trucks and trailers.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic capabilities.
• Able to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently in the field.
• Excellent communication with drivers, customers, vendors, and shops.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside breakdowns and service calls.
• Diagnose and repair semi-trucks and trailers in the field.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and use diagnostic software.
• Repair brakes, air systems, suspension, cooling, and electrical systems.
• Determine if on-site repair or towing is needed.
• Keep service records and maintain the service truck and tools.
