Job summary

AAA Newington Fleet is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at the Fleet Office, working closely with drivers and supervisors to ensure we have our members covered. This role emphasizes team orientation, strong customer service, and coaching experience.

The position requires 5+ years in automotive/dispatch or related fields, 1+ year leadership, and a valid driver’s license; the salary range is $58,975 to $82,792 annually with bonus potential and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business/organizational management.
• 5+ years in automotive/dispatch or high-volume customer service roles.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License and appropriate licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fleet operations at the Fleet Office and supervise drivers and dispatch staff.
• Ensure staffing levels, performance, and sales goals meet or exceed standards.
• Coach andevaluate staff; write performance appraisals and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate with RA Dispatch and Training to align daily decisions with division objectives.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specs.
