Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Roadside Commercial Tire Technician to service and repair tires on commercial vehicles at the roadside and in outdoor environments. You will inspect tires, perform mounting/dismounting, and ensure safety while working outdoors.

The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness for night shifts and overtime, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to roadside service calls to change and replace tires on commercial vehicles.
• Perform tire mounting, dismounting, and replacements on the road.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tires and vehicles to identify issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and proper tool maintenance.
• Work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside service.
• Complete additional tasks to support team operations.

What You Need:

• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's screening

• Preferred experience with commercial vehicles and general mechanical skills
• Ability to safely change and repair commercial tires on the road in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 150 pounds occasionally
