Pomp's Tire Service in Estherville, IA, is seeking a Roadside Commercial Tire Technician to service tires for commercial vehicles on-site and on the road. This role emphasizes safe tire repair, mounting, and preventive inspections in outdoor environments.

You will handle tire mounting and dismounting, operate with minimal supervision, work variable hours including nights and overtime, and contribute to team operations while maintaining tools and a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to work nights, overtime, and non-standard hours.
• Experience with commercial vehicles and general mechanical skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to roadside service calls to change and replace tires on commercial vehicles.
• Perform tire mounting, dismounting, and replacements on the road.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tires and vehicles for additional issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper tools/equipment care.
• Work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside tire service.
• Complete additional tasks to support team operations.

• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours with minimal supervision
