Scale With TARS LLC is seeking a remote Customer Support role for handling roadside assistance requests from motorists across the United States. You will verify details, dispatch services, and maintain clear communications with customers through multiple platforms.

The position requires basic IT setup, reliable internet, and a professional, calming customer service approach to ensure timely, accurate updates and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from motorists requesting roadside assistance.
• Verify customer information, vehicle details, and service eligibility.
• Dispatch towing companies and roadside service providers.
• Coordinate services such as towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery.
• Provide real-time updates on service arrival times and request status.
• Reassure customers and remain calm during stressful situations.
• Document service requests accurately while navigating multiple systems.
• Deliver compassionate, professional customer service from start to finish.

Hours Available

365 days a year 7 days a week 24 hours a day
