Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to emergency roadside assistance requests related to tires, mechanical issues, and equipment through phone and email, ensuring a professional resolution.
• Supports drivers during the breakdown process and addresses any concerns.
• Coordinates accurate and timely dispatch of service providers for emergency breakdowns, optimizing response times.
• Assesses and prioritizes incoming requests based on urgency to ensure optimal workflow management.
• Acts as a liaison between vendors and internal departments to ensure effective collaboration.
• Monitors repair processes from the initial call to completion and provides timely updates to stakeholders.
• Reviews and approves repair estimates to ensure alignment with company standards and budgets.
• Audits vendor invoices and approves payments in line with service agreements.

Position Summary
