Plumbline Services is hosting a field team event in the Denver area. We seek Roadshow Lead Generators to engage Costco customers, explain HVAC and water purification services, and schedule in-home appointments.

Role requires traveling to weekly locations, setting up kiosks, and working weekends. Base pay is $20.00 per hour with unlimited commission and benefits; paid training and PTO are included.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance alongside the company for partner locations

• Represent the company ethically and meet KPIs and goals
• Work on-site at Costco retail warehouses in assigned Denver-area locations

Roadshow Lead Generator

Pay: $20/Hr. + Commission and Benefits!

Location: Partnered retail locations across Denver and surrounding townsSchedule: This is a Full-Timeposition thatrequires weekends!

The schedule is Thursday-Sunday each week. Weekday hours are 9am – 8:30pmSaturday 9:00am – 7pmSunday 9am – 6pmEnjoy 3 consecutive weekdays off! (Must 18 years or older).

About the Role:

As a member of the field retail team, our Roadshow Lead Generators are responsible for managing the “Roadshows” within our partner Costco locations. Plumbline Services and Costco work in partnership to provide Costco customers with options for residential Heating and Cooling – Replacement, Tune up and Indoor Air Quality Services – as well as Water Purification – R/O Systems, Softeners and Refiners.

You will visit a different location week by week engaging heavily with customers through open & friendly dialogue about the products & services Plumbline Services offers. The goal is to schedule customers for in-home sales appointments, later performed by our sales experts. You will be required to set up and tear down each Roadshow - the bigger kiosks are housed at each location, while the Roadshow Lead Generator will be responsible for traveling with smaller items to each location (reliable transportation is a must).

This opportunity will require you to work on-site in a Costco retail warehouse in the following locations:

• Timnath
• Longmont
• Superior
• Thornton
• Westminster

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with our partners
• Responsible for transporting some roadshow equipment which includes banners, folding table, and some other items.
• Maintain and utilize the Kiosk / Display within the retail stores to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC or Water Purification products and services
• Initiate communication with prospective customers, greeting & engaging in informative / investigate conversation & schedule a sales appointment
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC & Water Purification programs for customers and store employees
• Achieve specified position KPIs and goals
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
