Job summary

Plumbline Services, LLC is hiring a Roadshow Lead Generator to work at Costco locations across the Denver area. The role involves engaging shoppers with our HVAC and water purification offerings, scheduling home appointments, and managing roadshow setup at each site.

You will travel between Timnath, Longmont, Superior, Thornton and Westminster, working Thursday through Sunday with base plus commission and a strong benefits package. Face-to-face selling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company image with partners.
• Transport roadshow equipment (banners, tables, other items) between locations.
• Maintain and utilize the kiosk/display to communicate product benefits.
• Engage prospective customers and schedule in-home appointments.
• Educate customers on HVAC and water purification programs and promotions.
• Hit KPIs and represent the company ethically and professionally.
• Stand for 4-8 hours and travel with equipment as needed.

Schedule

This is a Full-Time position that requires weekends!

The schedule is Thursday-Sunday each week.

Weekday hours are 9am - 830pm

Saturday 900am - 7pm

Sunday 9am - 6pm

Enjoy 3 consecutive weekdays off! (Must 18 years or older).

About the Role

As a member of the field retail team, our Roadshow Lead Generators are responsible for managing the “Roadshows” within our partner Costco locations. Plumbline Services and Costco work in partnership to provide Costco customers with options for residential Heating and Cooling - Replacement, Tune up and Indoor Air Quality Services - as well as Water Purification - R/O Systems, Softeners and Refiners.

You will visit a different location week by week engaging heavily with customers through open & friendly dialogue about the products & services Plumbline Services offers. The goal is to schedule customers for in-home sales appointments, later performed by our sales experts. You will be required to set up and tear down each Roadshow - the bigger kiosks are housed at each location, while the Roadshow Lead Generator will be responsible for traveling with smaller items to each location (reliable transportation is a must).

This opportunity will require you to work on-site in a Costco retail warehouse in the following locations

• Timnath
• Longmont
• Superior
• Thornton
• Westminster

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with our partners
• Responsible for transporting some roadshow equipment which includes banners, folding table, and some other items.
• Maintain and utilize the Kiosk / Display within the retail stores to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC or Water Purification products and services
• Initiate communication with prospective customers, greeting & engaging in informative / investigate conversation & schedule a sales appointment
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC & Water Purification programs for customers and store employees
• Achieve specified position KPIs and goals
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
