Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise paving and drainage projects.
• Direct crews and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE use.
• Coordinate demolition of condemned structures.
• Prepare and inspect materials, equipment, and trucks for daily use.
• Monitor progress and document reports.
• Communicate work orders and deadlines to staff.
