Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of working in street and/or facility maintenance, grounds keeping or related field.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license along with a clean MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual road construction, maintenance and repair tasks including patching, drainage, water and sewer line work, and related streets infrastructure.
• Maintains rights of way, parks, fields, and public areas; mowing, trimming, landscaping and debris removal.
• Transports, loads and unloads materials; operates a variety of power equipment and tools.
• Responds to emergencies and ensures safety and compliance with codes and procedures.
• Documents work orders, time cards, maintenance reports, and related forms.
