Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Systems Delivery Lead to drive WPB's software delivery, planning and execution across business systems. You will translate business priorities into clear roadmaps, manage milestones, and coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver on time.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, WPB Systems and Strategy, this on-site/hybrid role is based at New Stanton, PA and requires 2-3 days on site weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, project management, product delivery, or related field.
• Experience leading the delivery of enterprise software or business systems.
• Experience building roadmaps and plans, managing releases and dependencies, reviewing team capacity, and forecasting delivery dates.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog preparation, sprint planning, release planning, and tools such as Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Turn product priorities and business goals into roadmaps, release plans, milestones, and delivery forecasts.
• Coordinate sprint and release planning, capacity review, and dependency management.
• Lead regular meetings to review progress, risks, dependencies, release readiness, and decisions.
• Provide updates on scope, schedule, quality, risks, decisions, roadblocks, commitments, and expected results.
• Help teams resolve issues while ensuring roles like Product Owner, architects, analysts, and quality are aligned.
• Coordinate employees and outside partners, clarify responsibilities, due dates, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and improve standards for planning work, managing delivery, making decisions, and measuring results.
• Balance new improvements with production support, technical debt, and system reliability.
• Prepare teams for release decisions and confirm design, testing, business approval, communications, deployment, and support plans.
