Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Systems Delivery Lead to align business priorities with software delivery, testing and launch planning. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery while balancing production support and technical debt. This role is based at New Stanton, PA with on-site presence 2-3 days per week.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, WPB Systems and Strategy and drive delivery practices, risk management and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn product priorities and business goals into clear roadmaps, release plans, milestones, and delivery forecasts.
• Coordinate sprint and release planning, review capacity, manage dependencies and work order.
• Lead regular progress reviews, risks, dependencies, and decision escalations.
• Provide updates on scope, schedule, quality, risks, decisions, roadblocks and commitments.
• Coordinate teams and partners, clarifying responsibilities, deliverables and due dates.
• Create and improve standards for planning, delivery, decision-making and measurement.
