What You’ll Do

• Conduct 1:1 check-ins with students via Zoom or phone).
• Review student progress and goals based on roadmap tasks.
• Answer questions, provide encouragement, and suggest next steps.
• Track notes and communicate updates to our internal team.
• Offer insights on how we can improve the roadmap experience.
  
  

Daily Expectations (as Needed)

• Be available 1–3 times/week for 30 minute calls.
• Respond to messages from the team or students within 24 hours.
• Update student notes within our platform after each check-in.
  
  

Nice-To-Have: Certified Academic Coach, Master's Degree
