What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, resolving issues efficiently
- Manage provider communications through multiple channels including calls, chats, and emails
- Triage and address inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, billing, and clinical authorizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of provider issues
- Promote self-service digital tools to enhance provider satisfaction and streamline processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with a focus on problem-solving
- Proficient with computer and Windows PC applications, capable of navigating complex systems
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours with flexibility for occasional overtime
