Job summary

FCP Services is seeking a Traveling Painter to perform high-quality interior and exterior painting and surface prep across commercial and facilities environments. The role requires extensive travel nationwide and staying on-site at client locations for 7–14 days per project.

You will work under a Foreman, maintain safety standards, and contribute to timely project execution. This field-based position offers strong opportunities for career growth into lead painter roles while delivering durable

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to travel extensively and be away from home for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 35-60 lbs regularly.
• Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior commercial surfaces and perform surface preparation.
• Follow Foreman or Lead Painter guidance to complete tasks and meet production goals.
• Travel to job sites nationwide, typically 7–14 days per project, with potential night shifts.
• Adhere to safety policies, OSHA requirements, and use appropriate PPE.
• Collaborate with crew and leadership to deliver high-quality workmanship.
