Job summary

ModWash in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple locations and standardize operations through strong processes and leadership. You will drive performance, safety, and guest satisfaction while mentoring General Managers and partnering with regional leadership.

Responsibilities include weekly site visits, hiring and coaching GM teams, managing budgets and brand initiatives, and ensuring profitable operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurance coverage.
• Experience in multi-unit management (car wash experience preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive top and bottom-line results through leadership and team accountability.
• Connect with General Managers daily to discuss site wins, opportunities, and strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to assist GM in recruiting and hiring.
• Conduct visits once per week for each site.
• Develop talent through our career path and personal mentorship.
• Partner with Regional Director on budgets, schedules, membership sales, and retention goals.
• Own sites’ financial results through management of the business and daily operations.
• Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
• Participates in the hiring and training of General Managers.
• Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of General Managers.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
