Job summary

FORJAK Industrial is seeking a Restoration Technician to travel nationwide, performing surface preparation, restoration, coatings, and demolition on concrete and steel. This hands-on role requires flexibility and a strong work ethic.

You'll join a non-exempt team with ESOP ownership and a generous benefits package, including a travel bonus. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ownership mindset, across diverse project sites.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License required.
1–2 years experience in pressure washing, coatings, or concrete restoration.
1–2 years familiarity with mechanical systems and tools used in concrete restoration.

Responsibilities

Travel nationwide ~95% with 5–10 day trips and lodging covered after first meal.
Execute interior and exterior construction projects, including coatings and restoration on concrete/steel surfaces.
Perform concrete demolition, excavation, and trenching per project specs and safety rules.
Complete concrete placement projects with various finishes.
Repair and maintain flooring systems as required by scope.
Operate and maintain equipment safely across projects.
Adhere to safety policies and support evolving needs.
