Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Northlake, TX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher for US Road Transport. You will coordinate shipments, dispatch drivers, and track pickups to delivery to ensure DOT compliance in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

This full-time role runs 6am–3:30pm with rotating Saturdays and Sundays. The position emphasizes customer service, data entry, and collaboration with drivers, contractors, and customers to meet schedules and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; logistics or transportation experience preferred.
• 1-3 years dispatch/logistics coordination or related operational role.
• Experience coordinating domestic shipments and tracking freight.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and data entry skills.
• Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies.
• Prioritize time-sensitive cargo and coordinate with team.
• Maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and drivers.
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery and provide updates.
• Capture data accurately and perform system entries.
• Support new account start-ups and regulatory adherence.
