Qualifications

• A high school diploma and relevant experience.
• Must have a valid South Carolina driver’s license and be at least 21 years old with one year driving experience.
• Must complete a nationwide criminal background check including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Administers road tests for multiple vehicle classes (A–F, M) and CDL in CDL offices.
• Determines applicants’ fitness and competency to operate motor vehicles.
• Assists with issuing licenses, permits, IDs, and registrations; handles documents and inquiries.
