Responsibilities

• Complete emergency roadside repairs safely and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic repair orders and service documentation.
• Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
