Job summary

MTM, Inc. is hiring a Road Supervisor in Arizona to oversee fleet operations, driver safety, and on‑time performance. You will support maintenance, investigate incidents, and coordinate driver training and dispatch activities from the field.

The role requires at least 5 years of driving history, a valid Arizona license, and the ability to pass background checks and a DOT screen. Company vehicles and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years driving history and clean record.
• Pass background check and motor vehicle record review.
• Must pass DOT physical if applicable and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on time performance measures of drivers daily.
• Monitor safety practices and driver coaching with management.
• Assist with driver training and meetings for safety updates.
• Maintain fleet program: vehicle registrations, emissions, PMs.
• Coordinate accident/incident data collection and investigations.
• Provide on road support and customer assistance to drivers.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs and dispatch support.
• Generate reports to evaluate route and schedule effectiveness.

Oversee the appearance of each vehicle is maintained and assist in the efficient mechanical operation of the vehicles. Monitor all accident and injury investigations.
