Job summary

PCP Motorsports is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Pre-Delivery Technician to join our team in Sacramento. You will work hands-on with motorcycles, ATVs, Side x Sides and Watercraft, ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop in perfect, road-ready condition.

Requirements include prior experience in powersports, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read service manuals. A valid motorcycle license is a plus, and a fast-paced dealership environment is common here.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in motorcycle assembly, service, or pre-delivery inspection preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals and technical documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Valid motorcycle license or ability to obtain one is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on motorcycles, ATVs, Side x Sides and Watercraft.
• Assemble and set up vehicles from crates, including installation of accessories.
• Inspect and adjust brakes, throttle, clutch, and suspension systems prior to delivery.
• Check and top off all fluids including oil, coolant, and brake fluid.
• Identify and document defects, damage, or warranty issues before delivery.
• Perform final quality control checks and road-readiness verification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay.
