McGrath Powersports Cedar Rapids is seeking an Experienced Service Technician/Mechanic to join our growing service team. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles and powersports vehicles, applying your automotive or diesel repair skills while learning powersports-specific systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive or related mechanical experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills; willingness to learn powersports systems.
• Basic computer skills for service documentation and repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, service, and repair motorcycles and powersports vehicles.
• Apply existing mechanical experience while learning powersports procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, engine, and drivability concerns.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs with quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records.
• Collaborate with service team to deliver excellent customer experience.
