Elk Grove Power Sports, a leading Motorcycle, Watercraft, SxS, and ATV dealer in Elk Grove, CA, is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Motorcycle/Power Sports Technicians to join our Service Department. Training is included and all experience levels are welcomed.

Our state-of-the-art 30,000 sq. ft. facility offers a modern showroom and a high-performing team committed to excellent service. You’ll work on engines, electrical systems, brakes, and more in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience or technical schooling required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer first mindset.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• Team player.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work listed on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test drive vehicles and evaluate components/systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about recommended services and provide clear time estimates
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
