University Health Truman Medical Center is seeking a full-time Courier to move supplies, mail, and materials between campuses and affiliated locations. You’ll be on the road, navigating Kansas City streets to keep the hospital network stocked and running.

The position requires a valid CDL where noted, a clean driving record, and reliable, safety-focused service. You’ll join a team dedicated to keeping healthcare moving with a 10:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule and 40 hours per week.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid CDL Class B for transporting patients or Class E for transporting goods.
• At least 1 year of related transportation experience.
• Clean driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in 3 years.
• No DWI or DUI citations or convictions on driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Kansas City streets and major thoroughfares.
• Ability to successfully complete required drug testing.
• Ability to complete Body Mechanics and First Aid training.
• Ability to stay focused, alert, and professional while driving for a full shift.

• Maintain driving responsibilities throughout the full shift.
• Be a dependable link between teams and locations that keep University Health running.
