Marion County is seeking a Road Operations Crew Leader to join the Road & Bridge Maintenance & Operations Division. This on-site role leads crews responsible for traffic safety features, including sign and pavement markings for the county and outside agencies, and oversees the Litter/Nuisance Control program to maintain community aesthetics.

The position provides technical and functional oversight of maintenance personnel, coordinates projects, and may perform duties of Heavy or Medium Equipment

Responsabilités

• Provide daily direction to assigned crews and set safety and project expectations; monitor crew progress, answering questions from crew or members of the public.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvements of signs and pavement markings within the right-of-way; supervise project coordination, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Investigate and resolve citizen complaints related to areas of crew responsibility.
