We are seeking a Road Mechanic to join our Baltimore team. You will service industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers throughout the greater metro area, acting as the primary contact for our customers. The role requires independent work, thinking, and operation. Proprietary manufacturer repair training will be provided.

Responsibilities

1. Inspect, diagnose, and service industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers (diesel, electric, or LP fueled).
2. Identify potential technical problems and determine required repairs.
3. Maintain equipment service records.
4. Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks onsite at customer locations.
5. Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
6. Possess IC (Industrial Commercial) experience.
7. Have an aptitude for electrical systems.
8. Have prior mechanical and technical experience.
9. Maintain a safe driving record.
10. Pass pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screening.
