Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Road Mechanic to service a diverse fleet at customer sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out advanced repairs on equipment in the field, with safety and efficiency at the core.

The role includes on-the-job training, opportunities to advance into service or operations management, and competitive benefits. A high school diploma, 1–2 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience, and a valid CDL may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1-2 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment or heavy machinery preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; CDL may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced repairs at customer locations.
• Diagnose issues and service a fleet including Aerial Work Platforms, pumps, HVAC or oil/gas equipment.
